A professional home inspection can help you buy or sell your home with confidence. We will provide invaluable information to turn you into a knowledgeable consumer. The inspection provides a learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot. We encourage you to accompany us during the inspection. The home inspection will identify any ongoing problems in addition to highlighting the signs of any problems in the past which could be disguised. We will identify any major deficiencies which might affect your decisions, as well as insight into the qualities of the property as well.
In both new and older homes, the best way to ensure that you are well-informed about the strengths and weaknesses of a property is to have us give you a professional home inspection. We are trained to identify problem areas both small and large that may have been overlooked by the previous owners, and identify which require immediate attention.
Knowledge is power. Whether you are selling your home on your own or using a realtor, it is always a good idea to have a professional home inspection. All homes have strengths and weaknesses. We will help you determine how serious any problems are, which should be immediately addressed, and which can wait. The more you know about your home, the more prepared you will be for negotiations.
We offer two types of construction inspections, including:
Complete Project Inspection: We develop a quality assurance program which follows the structure of the specifications for the project. The specifications define the intended goals of the materials and quality of work incorporated into the finished product. We will make sure these intentions are established in the work by over looking the assembly from start to finish. In essence, we become a part of the construction management team.
Pre-Drywall Inspection: We provide a report when the ongoing work reaches the stage before closure of the internal working systems ,such as the electrical, heating and ventilation, plumbing etc.
Most builders provide a one-year warranty for new construction. Generally during this period of time, the buyer develops a "punch list" of corrections for the contractor to repair under the warranty coverage. Some defects will not be obvious to the untrained eye. It is prudent to obtain our home inspector's list of items that will most likely be repaired by your builder at no cost to you. You will be reassured knowing that potential problems were addressed before they grew into something that could cost you a great deal down the road.
Light Commercial Inspections
Our commercial inspection services for light commercial properties will provide you with an objective evaluation so that you have all of the information you need to make a sound decision. Your interests are our interests before, during, and after the inspection.
